Pricing

What it costs, and what moves the number.

Engagements typically start from £3,000 a month. Past that the honest answer depends on how much content you need, how much of the portal already works, and how many markets you sell into, so we quote after a scoping call.

Three shapes

How engagements are usually bought.

Most clients start with one and add another once it is running.

01

A project

A fixed piece of work with an end date. HubSpot onboarding, a migration, a portal repair, a single pillar campaign. Quoted as a one-off.

HubSpot work →
02

A retainer

An agreed amount of content, campaign and portal work each month, with a monthly report and a quarterly review. The usual shape for inbound and ABM.

Inbound marketing →
03

An admin seat

A smaller ongoing arrangement where we hold the HubSpot admin seat, keep the portal healthy and handle requests, without running campaigns.

RevOps →
What moves it

Five things decide the quote.

How much content

The single biggest factor. A pillar piece with supporting posts and a nurture sequence is a different month from a blog cadence.

The state of the portal

A clean Professional portal costs less to work in than one with four years of inherited workflows nobody has touched.

How many markets

One country and one language is one price. Selling into Europe and the US, with the content to match, is another.

How much strategy

If the positioning and messaging already exist we build against them. If they do not, that work comes first and it is real work.

Deliverables and agreed KPIs

What we are measured against, written down before we start. It sets the scope and it sets the price.

Who does the approving

One decision-maker is quick. A committee with legal review adds weeks, and weeks are the thing a retainer actually buys.

Two practical notes

Before you ask for a number.

HubSpot onboarding follows HubSpot's own plan. Where you have bought onboarding, we run it to the marketing or sales onboarding plan for the hub and tier you purchased. We do not invent a parallel process and charge for it.

Portal management needs Professional. The automation and reporting we rely on start at Marketing Hub Professional. Below that tier we can still advise, but there is less to manage.

If you also need PR, the consultancy publishes its own ranges rather than making you ask. What B2B tech PR costs in the UK.

Questions

Questions about cost.

How much do you charge?

Engagements typically start from £3,000 a month for inbound marketing support, which covers HubSpot portal management, email marketing and social media. Above that it depends on how much content you need, how much of the portal already works and how many markets you sell into. There is no price list because the same logo on two different briefs is two different numbers. A scoping call takes half an hour and gives you a range you can budget against.

What is the smallest sensible engagement?

A one-off project: an onboarding, a portal audit and repair, or a single pillar campaign built end to end. It is a reasonable way to see how we work before committing to a retainer.

Do you tie clients into long contracts?

Retainers run on a rolling quarter with notice. Everything we build is documented and the admin seat is yours, so leaving is a decision rather than an extraction.

Is the HubSpot licence included?

No. You buy your HubSpot licence directly from HubSpot. As a partner we can advise on the right tier and occasionally on timing, but the subscription is yours.

Can you work alongside our existing agency?

Frequently. We are often the technical half while somebody else runs campaigns, or the content half while an internal team runs the portal. It works when the split is written down at the start.

What about PR as well?

That is the rest of Resonance. The two are usually bought separately and planned together. The PR practice sets out what that side does.
